busy days

Well things are off to a bit of a slow start here in St Matthew's Blog land. Lots going on - just no time to write about it! But here are a few of the highlights...

We had spaghetti for dinner tonight and started the DVD of the last 4 episodes of Ballykissangel (on which, by the way, the newest curate is quite a striking young man from Australia- those who are in Spain will definitely want to catch up on what was missed). Kim and Cindy actually came up with a menu schedule through November- not that we don't like the last minute texts at 3pm about what's for dinner...

The youth group is going strong- still like to scream- but that's OK, it helps us keep track of where they are.

Velma has turned out to be not only a computer whiz but also great at getting donations. She brought back a whole bunch of shampoos etc from the Clarion yesterday and has made a lot of other good contacts too. (A.S.at it's best)

The Espanol Four (Norma, Debbie, Katie and Cindy) have survived 3 Tuesday night classes- all have straight A's- well anyway that is what we think we will have once we have any tests.

Lucinda's office is still clean and her parking space is pretty much untouched (though there is a picture of DD and her van that is somewhat incriminating). We miss You!!

We survived the full moon relatively unscathed this time.

That's all for now. Hopefully we will figure out how to post pictures one of these days.
